Frustrating day at work. I had planned what I wanted to do, but in the first hour I was hit with three problems, one after the other, that required my attention. One of them took half the day, and never did get resolved. The others were fairly straightforward. I'm pretty good at debugging software, but it can be difficult, especially when it is impossible to duplicate the data set that caused the problem.

There are a couple of things I need to follow up on: where is my tax refund? and when do I get my DSL port?
