Busy day at work. The testers are finding what was missed or done wrong in the system. I am fixing bugs and filling in the missing code.

Went to a newly-opened pub called Dubliners for dinner. There used to be a pub called The Unicorn in the same location; it was owned by the Irish Rovers, who had a hit record of the same name in the late 1960s ("There was green alligators and long necked geese, some humpy back camels and some chimpanzees..."). I have lots of memories of The Unicorn from the past thirty years. It's nice someone else is using that space.

Reviewing my tax situation. I submitted re-assessment requests in April and May, got a letter in June saying they had received my information and would get back to me. No word since. They owe me a bundle!
