"Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise." I put this proverb into practice last night, and do feel better for it, though no wealthier or wiser. It also gave me the opportunity to go out for an early breakfast with my sweetie.

The gecko is still on the lam, although he was spotted last night running up a wall. When I hear him chirping in the middle of the night as I lay in bed half asleep, it puts a smile on my face; I'm not sure why.
