I haven't see any kids in costumes, just adults. Is Halloween becoming more of an adult event? In this downtown apartment building, we don't get trick or treaters, so it will be a quiet evening here. Looking out the window a while ago, I counted 33 big yellow school buses hauling revellers from bar to bar on a Halloween pub crawl. Not my idea of fun, but it sounds like they are enjoying themselves.
