Archaeologists have found the remains of another stone circle about a mile from Stonehenge. This one had 27 stones (compared to Stonehenge's 56) and is being called Bluehenge.

I visited Stonehenge in 1965. At that time, you could wander around freely and touch the stones. I understand that they are off limits now, except for occasional small guided groups.
