Slept in this morning. In the middle of the night, we had been woken up by fire engines with sirens screaming and horns blaring. There seemed to be an endless stream of them going by, although I suppose there weren't actually more than three or four.

We enjoyed breakfast on the deck at a restaurant we hadn't been to for a while. Watched a streetwalker on the corner, negotiating with potential customers. Ah, the joys of city life!

After breakfast, we walked through a park area by the river, where I took this picture.

I slept for a while after we got back... I've been really lazy today.
