I spotted this rabbit while out geocaching yesterday. I didn't chase after it, because you never know where that might lead.

Living and working downtown as I do, surrounded by concrete and steel, it is fun for me to get out and have these little encounters with nature. There's plenty of wildlife downtown, of course, but it's all of the the two-legged variety.

We had our first snowfall last week; some of it is still on the ground (and visible behind the tree in this picture).
