The Ranche in Fish Creek Park, where I did some hiking and caching this weekend. This old ranch house was originally built in the late 1800s, and after recent renovations is now a restaurant.



The creek was swollen, muddy and fast-moving. There's not a lot of green around yet. This picture and the one below were taken near the ice caves in Fish Creek Park (which are more like gravel caves at present, the ice having melted long since).



There is still snow on the ground on this hill where the sun doesn't reach. I don't suppose it will last much longer.

I was a little disappointed in the Survivor finale. If Amanda had selected Cirie, things may have been more to my liking. Still, it was an excellent season!
