I've been using Windows Vista at the office for a few weeks now, and I like it. It took a few days to get familiar with it after years of using XP. That was aggravating, as I was trying to get my work done and kept having to figure out how to do simple things (and I had a new version of MS Office to get familiar with, too). I'm still not sure about translucent windows; they seemed very odd at first, but they do give the desktop a more "open" feel. If I was buying a new home PC, I wouldn't have any hesitation about buying Vista (which is just as well, as MS is phasing out XP in the very near future).
