I've been eating mandarin oranges like crazy the last two days. I love those seedless zipperskins. Usually, they are only available around Christmas time. I'm not sure why they are available this time of year, but I am not complaining.

Normal oranges have a rind and seeds that are too much hassle... I dislike having to deal with seeds, pits, bones, shells etc. when I eat.
