My computer parts have arrived, and I'll be putting together my new machine this weekend. Everything looks good. The case is quite stylish. Those new 240-pin DIMMs are huge. I've always built (or upgraded) my own PCs, other than the first one I bought back in the 1980s. The technology changes so rapidly that every build is a new experience.

I'm mostly over the flu. Mine didn't amount to much, but L was about as sick as I've ever seen her and is still recuperating.

We had a mild storm today, and the temperature will be around -20° C for the next few days. Which reminds me that I have another week of vacation that I need to take in the next month or so...
