Melatonin & Mozart

After two nights of the same disturbed sleep pattern -- slept for an hour or two, then woke up and was unable to get back to sleep until a few hours before the alarm went off -- last night I tried taking melatonin. A dose of 3 mg did the trick. I slept soundly all night and woke up peacefully to the sound of Glenn Gould playing Mozart on my clock radio.
