Alberta real estate boom continues

Calgary home prices had the highest one-year increases in the country. The average price was up 43.6% to $358,214.

It doesn't matter much to me, as I have no interest in buying a house here. Not a good time to be buying, though. The newspaper headlines a few days ago said prices were now rising $1,150 per day! That can't go on indefinitely.
