All work and no play makes Neil a dull boy.

Actually, I wish I were busier at work. I like to end my work day feeling I have accomplished something, not just put in my time. Lately, I don't often feel that way. I have things to do, but not much that seems important to anyone. This could change at any time, of course. I hope it changes soon. If not, I may have to make some changes myself...

I bought a book I have wanted to read for years: Nifft the Lean, by Micheal Shea. It is a fantasy in the style of Jack Vance, and only recently came back into print. I'll read it this weekend.
