I've been in a good mood the past day or two. I noticed it walking home yesterday. I felt strangely elated, for no reason I could think of. I suppose it is the season. Spring fever.

I took this picture while out walking on Sunday. It shows what Calgary is like at this time of year, when winter has just ended. The trees are bare (though a few buds are starting to appear), the grass is dead, but the sun is out and the snow has mostly melted.
