We are going out to breakfast tomorrow with some friends from out of town, and as they are bringing one of their grandchildren, I had to find a non-smoking restaurant that is open for breakfast. You see, in Calgary children under 18 can't go into any restaurant that allows smoking, or even one that has separate smoking and non-smoking sections. The restaurant must either be completely non-smoking, or have a separate room for smokers. I could do without these nanny state bylaws.

To my surprise, I got a reply to my email about the bronzed CDs. The manufacturer will replace them! I just have to mail them my old discs.

It has been snowing here on and off all day. It helps to remember that spring will arrive later this month.
