Merry Christmas!

This morning I made tea and then we opened our presents. I got a slipcased, limited edition of The Hobbit, a bottle of Napoleon Brandy, and a few other things. A fair amount of chocolate was consumed.

There is a ham cooking, which we will have for dinner later. I'll open a bottle of white wine to go with it. We will have Christmas pudding for dessert.

The weather here is most un-Christmas-like. Sunny, warm and no snow on the ground. Not that I'm complaining.

I hope everyone is having a wonderful day!
