I've gone through my handful of Schubert and Brahms CDs (skipping Bruckner, who I am more familiar with), and have started into Mahler. I really like the few Schubert discs I have, and have ordered more. He was one of those incredibly prolific individuals (he wrote nearly 1,000 works -- symphonies, string quartets, songs, operas -- before dying at age 31) who makes the rest of us look like slackers. Brahms I also like, but don't quite "get" yet. I will have to listen some more.
