I had a good day at work. No interruptions to speak of, and I was able to make very good progress on the project I was working on. This was in complete contrast to yesterday, which was a crazy, chaotic day that put me through all kinds of unpleasant emotions to no productive effect.

After work I met up with L, who wanted to go for a coffee. We went to a Second Cup; I had a hot chocolate. Then home to dinner, but instead of eating I slept for a couple of hours (I guess I should have had a coffee, too).

I woke in time for Survivor. What the heck was Ian thinking in choosing Tom to go with him for the reward? Dumb move. I love the car he won, though.
