Firefox extension

There is an interesting Firefox extension called GreaseMonkey which allows you to change the behaviour of websites with user scripts. For example, there is a script which makes LJ display the full userinfo page when you click on userinfo, instead of the abbreviated page. There is another script to display ALT text for an image as a tooltip (something I've missed since switching from IE to Firefox). Many more scripts are available, including ones for All Music Guide, Amazon, Google, Yahoo and other popular sites.
