I take back what I said about the wimpiness of our winter weather. It's damn cold out!

We went to M.T. Tuckers (formerly Mother Tuckers) for dinner tonight. They have the best salad bar, as well as good prime rib and steaks etc. Every time we go there, the hostess asks, "Have you dined here before?", which reminds us that we have been going there since the early '70s (though we just say "yes").

I've been at my current place of employment for exactly 9 years now. When I started, I had the idea that I might be there for a year or two. I don't know what I was thinking back then, but now I have the idea that I might be there for another year or two...
