He's gonna find out who's naughty or nice...

I went to the post office this morning, and there were crowds lining the street, obviously waiting for a parade. I hung around for a while, and before long Santa Claus appeared, riding on an antique fire engine.

I decided not to go to Lethbridge today. I checked on my Dad, and it sounds like he is doing OK -- eating well and walking around.

In the evening we went out to dinner early, in fact we were the first customers in the restaurant and got the best table in the house right next to a giant fireplace, which was lovely as it has been nippy here today.
