I had a quiet weekend. Sunday evening we went out for Thanksgiving dinner. I had turkey with stuffing and cranberry sauce, then excellent pumpkin pie for dessert. I don't know if it was the tryptophan from the turkey or the long walks I had taken earlier in the day, but I felt very tired and had to go to bed by about 9:30 PM, hours before my normal bedtime. Then this morning I was up before 4:00 AM, which is unusual for me (to say the least). I didn't feel well rested, but I couldn't get back to sleep. I'm going to get to bed now and try to get a good night's sleep, so I will be ready for the short work week.
