New camera

experimenting with my new camera

I was experimenting with my new camera tonight. For a handheld indoor shot with no flash, the quality of this one is not bad, I think. I used the optical image stabilization which worked great (the first few shots taken without it were fuzzy), and did no post-processing other than cropping and resizing. The subject leaves something to be desired, of course...

I've been very busy the past few days. Most of my pressing "to-do" items are now done. I still have to finish burning 11 CDs for a trade (this is the trade I'm doing for some live Grady shows), and I have to go to work tomorrow. But then I'll be free to enjoy a 4-day weekend, Monday being Thanksgiving Day here in Canada.
