It has been snowing on and off here for the past few days, and this morning as I stood waiting for the train I was wondering why I live in this godforsaken place. I was cold, tired, grumpy, and knew I had a lot to get done at work today. Once at the office, I made myself a cup of tea and got to work. A few additional tasks came in during the day, but by quitting time I had finished everything and my mood had brightened considerably. As I left for home, the sun was shining and the snow had melted. I love it when my work week ends on a positive note.

I had a wonderful long nap when I got home, then watched Survivor. I was surprised to see Big Tom get voted off. He was obviously surprised (and angry) too! I'm still rooting for Rupert.
