Our local hockey team (the Calgary Flames) won an important game last night, apparently. Just after I went to bed the city erupted in hooting, hollering and horn honking. It seemed to go on for hours. I'm not a hockey fan at all, but it has been hard to avoid all the hoopla the past while. I shudder to think what it will be like if they win the Stanley Cup.
