Had a Valentine's Weekend. We started on a box of chocolates on Friday, and it lasted through Sunday. A bottle of wine we purchased for the 14th, we forgot about until the 15th. Then tonight I took L to dinner. We probably should have done all that on the 14th, but "work expands to fill the time available for its completion", and so, apparently, does celebrating Valentine's Day.

I haven't been very active this weekend because of my sprained ankle. The ankle and foot are swollen and bruised, but not hurting much, even when I walk.

I'm 3/4 of the way through the Firefly DVDs. Boy, the episodes just keep getting better and better. Highly recommended for science fiction fans.

Back to work tomorrow for a 3-day week...
