I had my second turkey dinner of the Thanksgiving weekend last night. It was much better than the first, though it was at a less posh restaurant. Even the raucous teenagers in the next booth couldn't disturb my tryptophan-enhanced enjoyment.

I pulled the 40GB hard drive out of my old PC, reformatted it and listed it on eBay. Then I installed an old 5.7GB drive and configured that PC to be given away. My new computer has been operating problem-free for a couple of months now, so I don't feel the need of keeping the old one around. It's just taking up space.

One of the best things about long weekends is the shorter work weeks that follow. This will be a three-day week for me... and I had better get to it!
