Down Under - part 3 - Karri Forest

As the last step of our southwest tour (I've skipped a few bits which I may get back to later), we headed for Pemberton to see the tall trees. We stayed overnight in a hotel, then spent the morning touring the karri forest. Karri (Eucalyptus diversicolor) grows up to 90 metres in height, making it the tallest tree in Western Australia and one of the tallest in the world.

It was raining lightly that day.
