My back has been bothering me recently, and in spite of doing exercise, watching my posture and having L give me backrubs, it still isn't quite right. I've ordered a book on stretching, something I saw recommended in a comment in iamom's LJ some time ago, and I hope that might be helpful. The worst of it is that my mood seems to suffer when I have these back problems. Or maybe I'm just getting old and grumpy.

I've been cutting back on the newsgroups and mailing lists I subscribe to. Information overload. Gotta keep it simple, and focus on what is important to me.

I rented The Pianist today, and am going to go watch it... as soon as this great CD finishes.
