This morning was probably the coldest day of the winter (so far). Coincidentally, I had an unusually long wait for the C-Train. As I stood inside the shelter with a few other frozen commuters, I started to get annoyed with a college-aged kid who was cursing, spitting, making derogatory comments about women passing by, and generally inviting an ass-kicking. I think in future I should try walking to work through the Plus-15 network. It would be good exercise, and would keep me out of the cold. It would take a little longer, though.

I'm trying to lose about 10 pounds. Up until about the age of 30, I was skinny and wanted to put on weight. This is the first time I've wanted to reduce. I've been doing some light exercise and eating less. We'll see how it goes.
