Spoke with my Dad today. He sounds well. My niece Nicole just had her third child, a boy. She wants to have more, apparently.

This afternoon, I ventured out into the bitter cold to the post office, where a CARE package from joyofmacs was waiting for me. I came home and we watched video of the second season of The Osbournes, while enjoying tea and fruitcake.

There's an ice fog laying over the city tonight. I'm starting to get cabin fever. Stir crazy. I'd better arrange for a trip to somewhere warm.
