Work has been pressing this week. I have a number of things I want to get done before I take my vacation at the end of next week. I don't like leaving things undone.

I haven't made any plans for my vacation. I've bookmarked some travel sites with last-minute deals, so maybe we will take off somewhere on the spur of the moment. Or maybe we will stay at home, staring forlornly at the walls. Just kidding -- we'll have fun no matter where we are.

I see Jorma Kaukonen's Blue Country Heart has been nominated for a Grammy award. I'm delighted to see him getting some recognition. I'm a big fan.
