I enjoyed my weekend. Didn't do anything unusual or noteworthy, but sometimes it can be nice to do the same old same old, especially after a stressful week. Yesterday we went to brunch at our favorite diner, then walked along the river. Saw lots of wildflowers, but little wildlife (except of the two-legged variety).

I've decided I need to start a simple exercise program. I want to remove a couple of inches from my waistline and increase my upper body strength. I'm starting with situps and pushups. The difficult part will be sticking to a routine.
