One more working day before the long weekend (Monday is Queen Victoria Day in Canada). We are amused, and very much looking forward to the time off.

I received in the mail a pair of Clark's Desert Trek shoes that I had ordered online. This was my first online clothing purchase. The shoes fit perfectly and look good, too.

On the genealogy front, it turns out that my great-grandfather died in an institution of Huntington's Disease. Each of his five children had a 50% chance of inheriting the gene, but none apparently did (although two died young, before symptoms would have developed).
