This problem is only likely to get worse as I acquire more technological goodies (cell phone, portable CD player, GPS). I suppose it won't be long until most of this functionality is bundled into a single handheld device.
Then there's the cyberpunk science fiction idea of a direct interface between your brain and the internet. I wonder if that will ever come about. I think you'd want a really good firewall for that.
