It's been a beautiful Indian summer day here, warm and breezy, with autumn leaves falling. I went for a long walk through Inglewood. I've lived within a mile or two of that area for more than 30 years, but have never walked along 9th Avenue SE, although I've driven through many times. When I first moved to Calgary, it was somewhat run-down and seedy, but it has turned into a nice area of historic buildings, antique shops, funky boutiques and cantinas.
The first picture above is of Calgary's City Hall. The second is of a restaurant in what was formerly Fire Station No. 3, in the Inglewood area. Both pictures were taken to show the trees changing color, and the leaves on the ground.
